An invoice will be sent over on agreement of your booking and the following terms apply
Term Time:
£50 or a 10% deposit (whichever is the greater value) will be required to secure the dates in term time.
This is refundable up to 7 days prior to your stay or can be changed to a different date subject to availability.
Peak Time:
(All School Holidays including Bank Holidays, July, August, Half Terms, Easter, Christmas and New Year)
£150 or a 10% Deposit (whichever is the greater value)
This is refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, or can be changed to a different date subject to availability.
The remaining balance for your holiday is required 30 days prior
A Good Housekeeping deposit is required of £100 this is payable by BACS on the day of check in and is refunded within 24 hours of check out (Usually same day)
Rest assured normal wear and tear of the property and its contents will be taken into account. If anything gets broken please let us know so we can replace it before the next guests –we won’t charge for minor breakages such as crockery and glasses etc.
